Over the last few years, I’ve been hearing the words ‘meditation’ and ‘mindfulness’ more often. Maybe you have, too. A lot of people are hearing these words for the first time. Or are just learning how to be mindful or use meditation. As a person who has been meditating for almost a decade, I’m glad to see how fast the practice of mindfulness is spreading.

My life has changed quite a bit because of meditation. It has changed even more since I started teaching meditation through my company, The Wellness Initiative. When I saw the benefits of meditating, the intense happiness, the focus, the sense of purpose, and the increase in confidence, I immediately wanted to give others the same gift that meditation has given to me.

Practicing meditation and mindfulness consistently will make you happier, less angry, and give you a better understanding of what you feel and why you feel it. In time, you will begin to see yourself change.
